Based in the heart of the University of Helsinki’s City Centre Campus, Think Corner strides confidently into a new era of knowledge exchange.
Home to a main stage area which accommodates up to 200 people – as well as further spaces like cosy nooks, a café and meeting areas – Think Corner exists to break down the barriers between the university and the public. With a busy programme of demos, lectures, themed events and discussions, scholars and scientists have the opportunity to present their knowledge and research to the local community, tackling everything from language to the latest in drug research.
“Our mission is to make academic research accessible to everybody,” says Think Corner programme manager Antti Asumaa.
